From the airport the travel time via the MA-15 is about 50 minutes. A hospital (Hospital de Llevant) is located in Porto Cristo. In the village a doctor and a pharmacy are available.
The house is in a quiet location, detached and surrounded by hedges. Three beaches (Cala Mendia 400 m, Cala Anguila 800 m, Cala Romantica 1000 m) are within walking distance. The beach restaurant offers delicious fish, steak or pizza in season and invites you to linger. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are also within easy reach at 100 m. In the harbour town of Porto Cristo, 3 km away (on the way there are the famous dragon caves Coves del Drac), you will find recommendable restaurants, supermarkets, weekly markets and many sports facilities (golf courses, diving, boat rental, etc.). The tennis academy of Rafa Nadal can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house.
There is a bus stop about 100 metres away, with connections to Porto Cristo, Manacor, the airport and Palma (in season).
