By a happy coincidence we discovered this house and bought it from its Mallorcan owner at the beginning of 2019. In the meantime, we have replaced the beds and installed a new kitchen with all electrical appliances. Both bathrooms were completely renovated and a decalcification system ensures pleasantly soft water. With the new photovoltaic system, we are making our contribution to saving CO2. Garden furniture and loungers were renewed, the pool was renovated. In the sleeping rooms air condition is installed.
